Since 2017, MWork has focused on driving awareness of offers and sales to F1000 Employees and their families.
With our Employee Benefit Provider (EBP) Partners, MWork has sold more than 150,000 new lines of wireless service to F1000 Employees, delivering more than $400m of additive CLV. In addition, these activations have come with improved ARPU and retention over same carrier post-paid ARPU and churn, with more than 75% of lines sold ported in from competing carriers.
MWork is now expanding our Partners beyond wireless carriers.
Frank Sickinger, Managing Partner:
Frank is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner at MWork Solutions. Prior to founding MWork, Frank served on T-Mobile USA's Executive Steering Board, and was responsible for creating and growing T-Mobile USA's Business Markets P&L Unit (which included all B2B Sales, Marketing, Operations & Finance). Prior to joining T-Mobile USA in 2003, Frank held a variety of leadership positions in tech and telecom, including senior roles in sales, operations, and marketing.
Ian Mackay, Managing Partner:
Ian is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner at MWork Solutions. Prior to founding MWork, Ian spent 13 years with T-Mobile in senior level positions where he led Customer Retention and Loyalty, B2B and Merger Operations. Prior to Joining T-Mobile, Ian held key management positions in several start-ups and well established companies in the Seattle area.
Shane Johnson, VP Finance and Operations:
Prior to joining MWork Solutions in 2017, Shane spent 17 years at T-Mobile USA, most recently as a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis, specializing in a broad spectrum of functional areas including B2B Sales, Retail Sales & Operations, the Internet of Things and Wireless Network Operations. Prior to joining T-Mobile USA, Shane held Financial Planning roles at Emeritus Assisted Living and in business consulting. He also served his country in the United States Navy.
