While there isn't a "base salary", MWork Agents are paid lucrative sales commissions, and receive quality training and on-going support. Certified Agents sell Customers high-value T-Mobile services based on their wireless needs. For Certified Agents, this often means rewarding experiences with true Customer and Agent win-wins.

T-Mobile is a leader in providing quality wireless services and high value to Customers. Today, T-Mobile is the fastest growing wireless service provider in the U.S., and the most significant share to be gained is now in the business and employee segments. Even better, commissions paid to MWork Solutions Agents for selling T-Mobile are among the very best in the wireless industry. Part time Agents can earn $35,000 per year or more in commissions, and full time Agents can earn $120,000 or more. We do not cap Agent commissions, so you can sell as much as you’d like and be paid for your sales. We actively work to help Certified Agents maximize incomes to the degrees they desire and to have fun doing it as ethical Sales Professionals.

As a Certified Agent you set your schedule and determine your own income. You can sell part time or full time based on what you want to do and how much you want to make in commissions. You don’t have to spend your own money to buy an existing business, and you don’t have to go through deep start up pains. What MWork Solutions Certified Agents Do:
Schedule in person meetings with small and mid sized businesses and their employees. We provide lists of qualified prospective businesses to Certified Agents.
Certified Agents actively sell and support new Customers with quality and respect. Agents and Customers also have ongoing support and help from MWork Solutions and T-Mobile Business Care.
Quality Training, On Your Schedule
Are you are a sales professional who hasn’t had experience selling wireless services to businesses and their employees? Don’t worry- if we determine there’s a good fit we’ve got you covered. We provide great training to all new Agents, via easy to understand web-based trainings that prepare you for success. You can complete all trainings needed to become a Certified Agent when they best fit your schedule. Agent training takes between 12 and 16 hours to compete depending on your pace. We provide all trainings for certification, as well as ongoing support at no charge to selected Certified Agents.
